The City of Davenport announced they're buying the Rhythm City Casino for $46 million...and then moving the riverboat casino onshore. You know, that'd be a great way to settle your gambling debt. Rack up too much debt, just buy the casino! Then, when you pay it back, you're basically paying yourself. .....oh....so THAT'S why I've never been elected to public office...

YES..I am THAT Mark Manuel...the guy formerly known as Malibu Mark Manuel all those years ago. I got my start playing rock 'n roll in Des Moines on KGGO back in the 80s and early 90s, so I feel right at home here on Q106.5! I DO use the Malibu name with my wedding DJ business, however. I'm also a part owner of the Green Bay Packers. Okay...a very small "part"...but I'm still an owner.
