Guns N' Roses finished up its Las Vegas residency at the Hard Rock Hotel by having former guitarist and founding member Izzy Stradlin join the band onstage for the last two shows on November 23rd and 24th, according to Loudwire. Stradlin came out to play on a number of songs at both gigs, including "14 Years," "Knockin' On Heaven's Door," "Used To Love Her" and "Paradise City." Stradlin last showed up to jam with the current version of the group at a show in London earlier this year.

  • He first returned to the stage with Guns back in 2006 at a concert in New York City, playing with them for the first time since leaving the group in 1992.
  • Stradlin and Guns singer Axl Rose were the only original members of the group to skip its induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame last April.
  • Although he has kept a low public profile since leaving Guns 20 years ago, Stradlin has released no less than 11 solo studio albums, and issued a new single last week called "Baby-Rann."
  • Guns N' Roses heads to India next month for a three-city tour.

SIDE NOTES: Someone else joined Guns onstage in Vegas on November 21st, when a nine-year-old girl named Chloe got to sing the track "Catcher In The Rye" with the band during its soundcheck. That night's show, incidentally, was filmed in 3D, possibly for future release.
